How Box Breathing Works

Box breathing follows a steady four-part rhythm:

1. Inhale

Breathe in slowly for 4 seconds.

2. Hold

Hold your breath gently for 4 seconds.

3. Exhale

Breathe out slowly for 4 seconds.

4. Hold

Pause gently for 4 seconds before repeating.
