Breathing Technique #1
The Physiological Sigh
```A simple breathing exercise that uses two inhales followed by one long exhale to help your body slow down and reset.
```How The Physiological Sigh Works
```The physiological sigh follows a short, natural breathing pattern:
Breathe in through your nose and fill your lungs.
Before exhaling, take one extra short inhale to top up the breath.
Let the breath out slowly and fully through your mouth.
A Fast Reset When You Need It
```Use this practice when you feel tense, overstimulated, or in need of a short calming pause. One to three rounds is often enough to help you feel more settled.
```Quick Practice Guide
```Inhale deeply through your nose. Take a second short inhale. Then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat gently.
```This breathing exercise is for general wellness education only and is not medical advice. If you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, or short of breath, stop and return to normal breathing.
