How this section is written
Most supplement content exists to sell something. This section exists to answer a question. That distinction shapes how every page here is put together, so it is worth being clear about the rules we hold ourselves to.
Who writes it
Our articles are written and reviewed by Brad King, MS, MFS — a nutritional researcher and author who has worked in this field for more than two decades. Where an article makes a factual claim about how a nutrient behaves, that claim is sourced to published research and referenced on the page, so you can follow it back and read the original yourself.
What we will not do
We do not claim a supplement treats, cures or prevents disease. Where the evidence is mixed, we say it is mixed rather than picking the flattering half. Where a nutrient carries a safety consideration or interacts with medication, we put that in its own article rather than burying it — the berberine safety guide exists for exactly that reason.
Why there is nothing to buy on these pages
You will not find a shop button in this section. Educational content sitting beside a purchase prompt stops being educational, and we would rather you finished reading with a clear head. Our products are one click away in the menu if you want them. This section is not where we sell.
Written to be understood
Every guide is written in plain language, at roughly a grade seven reading level, because a fact you cannot follow is not much use to you. If something here is unclear, that is our failure rather than yours — and we would like to hear about it.
