Return Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to make sure you have the best possible experience with LeafSource®. That means if your first LeafSource® product is not the right fit for you, we’ll refund the purchase price of your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@leafsource.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The product name
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund

Please do not throw out the bottle, as the original bottle must be returned as part of the refund process.

All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or as otherwise permitted by law.

This policy only applies to purchases made directly through LeafSource.ca. If you purchased a LeafSource® product from an authorized retailer or reseller, please refer to that retailer’s return and refund policy, as we are only able to process returns or refunds for orders placed directly through LeafSource.ca. Purchases made through unauthorized resellers are not eligible for returns, refunds, or the LeafSource® Satisfaction Guarantee.
